Refund policy

Can I return this?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before you ship: email support@lorvento.site with your order number, and we send a free prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee.

Condition of returned items

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, never set up or used outdoors, and packed in its original box with all parts and accessories. For items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us photos of the item and the packaging so we can help right away.

Exchanges

If you want a different version or color of the same item, tell us in your email. Exchanges depend on what is in stock at the time.

Refunds

We issue your refund within 5–7 business days after the returns warehouse receives the item. Your bank or card issuer may take another 3–10 business days to post it. The original $7.95 shipping fee is not refunded when you return an item because you changed your mind. There is no restocking fee.

Changing or canceling an order

You can cancel within the first 24 hours after your order is placed. Email support@lorvento.site with your order number. After 24 hours the order is already in processing, and you can use the return process once it arrives.
